Tigernut Milk
An interesting milk substitute

cinnamon

whole cardamom pods

whole dates
pitted

Cover tiger nuts with water and allow to soak overnight

Place all ingredients into a high power blender

Blend until very smooth, about 1 minute

Pour mixture into a nut bag over a pitcher and allow to drain. Squeeze out extra moisture gently. Discard pulp

Refrigerate and use within a few days
