Savoury Low Carb Slaw

A great slaw for horseradish lovers and those watching their carbs/

Ingredients

  • 1/4 of a medium head of cabbage cored and sliced finely
  • 1 small carrot peeled and grated (optional)
  • 1/3 C no/low sugar mayonnaise
  • 2 Tbsp prepared horseradish or to taste depending on hotness
  • 2 Tbsp Dijon mustard
  • Kosher salt
  • Pepper
  • Celery seeds

Instructions

  1. Mix shredded cabbage and carrot (if using) into a medium sized serving bowl
  2. In small bowl mix mayonnaise, horseradish and dijon mustard until smooth and creamy
  3. Toss dressing with cabbage mix, add salt and pepper to taste
  4. Sprinkle celery seeds over top or mix in, as preferred

Recipe Notes

Slaw will keep in refrigerator for at least a few days
